Anyone know of an online store that sells countersunk blind rivets that deliver internationally? Also looking for blind rivets in black.

I ordered mine from McMaster.com. Part number 97447A210. I have been looking everywhere to find black, countersunk, aluminum blind rivets to no avail. Does anyone know how to paint or coat them?
 
I wonder if an anodizing shop can dunk an extra basket of rivets with their next job?
 
McMaster has pretty EVERYTHING you'll ever need in moding hardware, except they never sell packs of like 10. my case only needs 8 countersunk rivets and i'd hate to go buy a pack of 250 for $7.50 + another ~$6 shipping. anyone know of any other place that doesn't sell them in bulk?
 
I've even wondered about rigging a plate with holes and powder coating them? I know spray paint will chip very easily.
