Counterstrike: Source with HDR

They just added it for the future. Valve said they will slowly implement HDR in Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike: Source. So probably during next year, they will slowly update each map to use HDR.

Something I noticed when playing HL2 (it also recieved the Bloom or HDR button) that in the console you can enter: 'mat_hdr_enabled 1' however it makes the water look bad and also everything looks inverse.

the game wont crash if you have a geforce 6/7 series but if you have radeon it will crash

Then I suppose the 9800pro on my PC is just creating an optical illusion.

no crashes here. sadly there arent any HDR maps yet but on a good note, all of DoD:Source maps are supposed to be HDR
