counters... up and down... by switch

Ok so didnt know where to put this... but yall got loads of knowlege so thought id ask...

so looking for a wiring diagram / parts list...

What I want is this..
3 LED Counter...... very small form factor...

Mode 1…
Count from 0 and up 3 digits so 999 max..
Push button reset….

Mode 2…
Click button to reset to a number and count down

Of course a off button…
