Counter-Strike: Source server list question?

Ok, so im at my friends house, who just brought Counter-Strike: Source. When he was at the server browser screen he got over 3000 servers in his list. I only get about 500 in my list. What the hell is wrong with this picture? He is on a 3.0 Mbs cable modem and I am on a 1.5Mbs dsl modem. I checked my filter settings, and there are none set, the same with him. I have only 2 firewalls. The Windows XP SP2 firewall and the one built into my dsl modem. I cannont edit the one built into DSL modem at all. I unblocked the game in the Windows firewall. Maybe its a port number I have to tell Windows firewall to unblock. So if you can tell me why im getting so few servers, or give me some port numbers to try, would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
 
I had this problem......could only find 60 or so servers.
Turned out to be my IP adress. My IP started with 60 instead of 220.

I fixed it by restarting the modem, hope that helps :)

I cant see how my IP adress had anything to do with the server list though :confused:
