Ok,I have a evercool wc-202.I took it out of all the housing and have it scattered all over the pc and it decreased my temps by 2 C,but my temps are still displeasing.i idle 46 C and load 47 C is there anyway i lower these temps?external housing ideas i have 2 all copper 80 mm rads
my loop : reservoir-->1st rad-->cpu-->gpu-->2nd rad then all over
i want to get performance increase with little spent money considering im only 14
By the way my first rad is in the front of the pc(2 fans blowing on it one sucking off of it) and 1 rad in the back laying on the base floor with one full sucking

i just stuff that crap into a nike shoe box..helped lower temps while im playing css and running prime 95.idle 44C load 46C
 
would the best thing just be me going to a junk yard and trying to find a radiator?like a radiator out of an sports car?
