Happy Monday all! I want to gain better performance out of my computer I built back in 2013. The only main upgrades I've done was the 1070 and a couple SSD's. I was thinking of upgrading my Motherboard. CPU and RAM. The price of the upgrades shouldn't be an issue. This is my current build.

Also, I would hold off on upgrading at this time. RAM prices (DDR4) is through the roof. Your 4670k should still be more than plenty for whatever it is you are doing. RAM prices have slowly started to come down I think so in a few months they should be back to normal pricing levels and thus it would be worth it to upgrade at that time.
