So I recently just got another GTX 770 2GB and I am running them in SLI. I have been wanting to completely liquid cool my CPU, and GPU. I was wondering what the average cost would be to do it and the parts. I tried looking on forums for some guidance but they only confused me. If anyone could help me or give me some guidance it would be much appreciated. This would be my first liquid cooled PC as well. I plan on Overclocking once its all complete. I know I will have to definitely upgrade my PSU when the time comes

Computer Specs:
Intel I7 4770k @ 3.5GHz
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 1600
2xGTX 770
ASRock Z87 Extreme 3 (Will be changing soon nothing but issues with this board)

1) Moving this to the appropriate section

Now onto response ...

We need to know:

1) What case do you have?
2) Whats your budget, this is THE single most limiting factor in setting up liquid cooling
3) What model GTX 770s (This makes a BIG difference in water blocks)

Sorry couldn't find the right forum. I have a NZXT 410 Phantom, budget would be under $400 i can push it to $600 but I would try not to. The SLI presents another problem one is an EVGA GTX 770 SC 2 GB and the other is an MSI GTX770 SC 2GB. They run almost the same speeds I figured that the SLI would allow them to equal out.

SLI will run at the speed of the lowest card unless you overclock them.

Now, for your watercooling questions:
You are going to have a very hard time fitting everything in a $400 budget unless you buy used. The two GPU blocks alone will cost you $250-300, CPU block ~$60, pump ~$80, tubing and fittings ~$50. That's not including the radiators yet.

Now, for the radiators. Your Phantom 410 isn't a particularly good watercooling case. Not enough places to mount fans/radiators. To cool everything, you want at least 3x120 worth of radiator, which can be fit in the 410. You can fit a 2x140mm radiator on the roof of the case, and a 1x120 radiator on the rear. Those two radiators (for good ones) are going to run you about $100. If you plan on keeping this case and the watercooling setup, you should do it right the first time, as the only thing you would need to change out as you upgrade is your GPU blocks.

Edit: Looking at the case, there is very little room between the motherboard and the top of the case. You will have a hard time putting radiators up there.
