How about this combination, a Samsung 830 SSD 128gb .....Provision the 830 to the same as the OCZ Synapse drive.

Download the dataplex software......Install the Samsung 830 SSD, provisioned down to lets say 64GB.......next install the Dataplex software...... Presto you have a High Quality SSD running as a Cache!
 
Findly have my Samsung 830 128gb and Dataplex cache up and running...... Very sweet.....Will give you more info once I perform some test.

How do you managed to get the necessary product key for NVELO DataPlex? It should be used only on OCZ Synapse Cache series SSDs...
 
I think so! DataPlex is intended for use only on OCZ Synapse Cache or RevoDrive Hybrid products. Any other use is a violation of software term rights...
