Moved out to new case recently. Damn, I'm confused.

Sys specs:
asus h87i+ mobo
i3 4310 + ninja mini
8gb ram
gigabyte GF 660 OC
Corsair 450VX PSU
1 ssd

It's too hot and loud now. CPU around 60°C, GPU goes to 80°C
Previous case (Aopen g326 light modded) was dead silent at light load (browsing etc.) and almous dead silent at light gaming (wot, wows, fallout4 etc.)
Now i'm hearing PSU fan (replaced to Scythe S-flex) and GPU fan - it goes incredibly loud and not efficient.

Tryed 2 layouts for colling:
1 top exaust fan (AC F12pwm)
2 bottom intake fan (AC F12pwm) + 1 AC f9 pwm for mini ninja
Both worthless.

Advice needed.
Got spare AC Accelero S1 rev 2 - maybe better GPU cooler replacement? Problem is - gigabyte provided only 3-pin connector for fan. Maybe i can make an adapter for pair of Scythe's SlipStreams (1200 rpm)
And how to reroute airflows? Maybe sealed meshed side panels? And make classic down -> top airflow?

Any ideas?
