As the title states, I'm looking for a cost effective 1080p Movie watching video card. Nothing fancy just getting the job on the cheap. Any suggestions?
 
GT 610? I dunno, at that point, basically any discrete graphics solution will work.

If your computer has Intel HD Graphics you can use that, with a DVI-HDMI adapter if needed. Audio would then come from your sound card.
