Corsair's RMA Service?

How is Corsair's RMA service for power supplies? Do they repair it, send a refurb or send you a brand new PSU? I've had my VX550 for 3 weeks now, but just got to installing it today. However, I realized that the the plastic tab on 4 pin CPU power connector is broken off on both; so if I pull on it a bit it will come right out. I don't trust it so I want to RMA it with working tabs. I bought it from Buy.com... but not sure which way would be best for RMA.

Edit: Just realized buy.com has a crappy 14 day policy from when they SHIPPED it. Took me roughly 8 days to get the item.
 
i have had excellent service from corsair topnotch and everything just go to the powerguy forum and they will have it rmaed to you stat.
 
Corsairs rma service is very good. I am sure they will just send you a new one and require you to send the old one in first.
