That is a great kit for nOOb and you can easily add to it overtime.
 
theres a difference in the number of pins in the block for the corsair, which from what I read does not appear to matter much also the corsair kit uses a panaflo fan.
I read some more reviews and decided to order it.
 
It looks very nice but for $200 you could probably go 1/2". correct?

you dont get much added performance moving from 3/8" to 1/2" anymore. Before when everyone was using weak pumps with next to no head pressure you saw an advantage, but not anymore. 3/8" performs nearly identical to larger diameter systems.

I was using that kit with my 4000+ and it held under 40C at 290x9 whilst priming. I changed it up when I added my GPU to the loop, but the Corsair kit works great.

NOTE: If you're mounting the kit on a DFI board, you'll either need longer screws to mount the CPU block, or an INSANE amount of pressure to force the block down on the board. Seriously, I'm a 250 pound man and I needed help to get that block on there. It ain't coming off.
 
Well with the comments I've seen and the reviews I have read,i'm sure it will perform well. I
Also ordered a chipset block and some hose&clamps might as well take care of the MB all at once. As far as GPU well that will be added later with either a block that covers the works or just a GPU block and ram heat sinks.
