corsair tx650 fan question

If it's one of the newer TX650s, then yeah, it's supposed to have fanless operation at certain loads/temps. The older ones do not have this though. (So in case it's one of those, something is up)
Edit: Sorry, Newegg page stated that TX's have fanless operation, but Corsairs page doesn't. So Corsair would be correct, it's supposed to spin all the time.

RAM GUY (Corsair Product Guru) said:The Fan as stated is controlled by Temp and load on the PSU, so at about 40% Load and when the internal temp reaches about 49 Deg C the fan will turn on and run to keep it bellow that temp and turn on and off as needed.
