I had a three year old Corsair AX 860i fail a couple of weeks ago and opened an RMA with Corsair to start a replacement as it has a ten year warranty. The process could not have been smoother. It took about three weeks start to finish and I received a new AX1500i as a replacement. I sent them proof of purchase and they sent me an RMA. I did pay to ship it, but they paid to ship it back. I chose to send it ground as I went ahead and bought a new PSU since I wanted minimal downtime, but if I had sent it two day or overnight, it would have knocked a week or more off of the turnaround time. I read a number of RMA horror stories so wanted to post one a win that was quick, efficient and ended with my receiving a better unit than I sent it.
