I'm putting together a Threadripper build with the following specs:

- AMD Threadripper 1920X
- ASUS X399 Strix
- 32gb Vengeance DDR4-3466 @ 1.35v
- EVGA GTX 1080 Ti FTW3
- EVGA GTX 1060 FTW2
- 2x Samsung 960 Pro 512gb
- 2x WD Velociraptor 1tb 10k RPM HDD
- 1x Crucial M4 SSD 256gb
- 3x 140mm, 3x 120mm case fan

Is this stupid to run off a Corsair RM750i PSU? I know it will be cutting it close, and I could drop the secondary GTX 1060. But I've also heard these PSUs are underspec'ed, so maybe it would be fine?

Just running it through a PSU calculator says your load wattage is ~693W. I wouldn't be comfortable with that PSU as a permanent solution but you technically can use it. Both GPU's wouldn't be running full tilt at the same time, would they? Just out of curiosity, why both GPU's?

130 watt CPU, 250 watt GPU, 150 watt GPU, 100-150 watt system. 680 watts assuming everything is kept at stock, so you should be fine.

Update: using the Corsair Link app, I'm measuring 650 watts (total, before efficiency loss) with the CPU 100% and mining apps running on the GPU.

I'm surprised but this Threadripper actually pulls less watts than the 7820X I returned.

Wow that is really nice on the power draw. I have 1950x/3 1080 ti's and i am anywhere from 800w to 1100w according
to my ups as reported in Hwinfo64. In mining the threadrippers really aren't that bad. Do prime or benchmarks though and
it can really shot up.
