DDR Corsair 2GB (2*1024) 400fsb Cas2 TWINX -------------- This Good?
Windows XP Home

I was looking at max. $350 Canadian (no jokes please). I will OC but not crazy.

why do they have such wierd .com names? i cant rememeber that stuff unless i bookmark it. how did u ppl find that?

Im a pretty big OCZ fan myself. I have 1.5gb of Dual Channel Platinum..Pretty decent stuff. The timing speeds stock are fantastic.

I also think Corsair is good too; XMS is some good ram..I also like the little add-on meter that goes with it (cosmetic crap is great.)

I would say go with OCZ since I havent been let down by them (yet); but in all honesty, its to every which person on these two companies.

Support with OCZ was bad a few years ago and a lot of minor problems did exist; these days thy got their acts together and are pretty strong...

Both are reliable..So I guess its up to you. Do you do any oc'ing? Or heavy modding?

bias advice is good. so long as its not like ____ is better because they sign my paycheck

If the bias is based on personal experience then it's fine. I'm biased toward AMD because I haven't had a single problem, and they've been fine.

LOL, I am biased towards AMD because they are not Intel! Is that a good reason?

not very well from what i can tell, but hey, most of the time you get what you pay for when oc'ing ;)
