is it enough for my sig rig...? the 1k ProXstream I'm using is a good unit and hasn't given me any problems, but the HX620 would reduce some cable clutter in my little case (Antec 300)...

thoughts...?

heh its cool.
Zero knows his shit

just wanted you to know that it's not that I don't think you know your shit, just that Zero is a reliable, familiar name here when it comes to psus, anyway the HX620 is installed and running as I type this, I finally got my hands on a good modular psu for $50, brand new too, CL FTW...

:D

and I have my $70 1kw ProXstream as a reliable backup (which will now probably never be used again, lol)...

:p

Trust me brother, there is no such thing as an unneeded backup PSU. I always make sure I have an extra on hand. Not for my stuff really, but for other problematic machines that make their way to me end up needing a new PSU.

Your HX620 is the bee's knees, btw. I used to own one before moving to the HX750 in my main rig, to get ready for an SLI/Xfire setup. Honestly, the HX620 was the quieter of the two.

I also have an Antec True Power Trio 650w as the backup to the backup now...lol...but it's getting pretty old now...
