Well Im switching form a sindle HIS HD 5850 to two Galaxy 460GTX 768MB.

The final Specs will be :

i7 920 3.6 GHZ.
MSI Pro-E x58 Motherboard
TWO Galaxy 460 GTX 768mb
4Gb Corsair XMS3 DDR3 Ram 1600Mhz
One-Two SATA Drives.
6-8 Fans w/ LEDs.
And 2-3 peripherals (KB, mouse, Webcam, etc etc etc).
Corsair HX620W Modular PSU.

Wondering if Im cutting it close or not. I plan on OCing the 460s btw. Thanks a lot.

Maybe you should think about upgrading for the piece of mind? you can pickup a higher wattage power supply and sell your hx620 so it wouldn't come out to that much for a new one.

Based on that link posted sli gtx460's whith furmark use over 500W.

If that HX620 is a few years old you should consider replacing it before starting any [H]ardcore overclocking.

You can do SLI on that PSU without any problems. Though you may have to use molex adapters unless your PSU came with dual PCIe connectors on each modular cable.

Actually the 620HX only has two PCI-E cables and neither are dual-headed. You'll probably want something a little bit bigger for SLI.

It's a good PSU though. I use it personally to power a single GTX 265. ;)

Corsair makes dual-headed cables for it, and I believe they started including them with later models. In any case, there's nothing wrong with using molex to PCI-E adapters.

No big deal you can use 2xmolex into 6 pin pci-ex connector.

If gtx 470 worked with such connecter i belive any other card will :D

It is enough, GTX 460 in SLI with an i7 seems to average about 450-480w at load, which is within 80% of the 620w Corsair.
