Corsair HX620 cables interchangable?

I am wanting to make up a custom sata power connector using some spare modular sata cables from a HX620 on a HX850. Is this possible, or are the modular cables different for each model of power supply?
 
The pin arrangements at the sides that connect to the PSUs may be different.
 
The only thing you can share cables with in regards to the HX620 is the HX520. They're also different OEM, 620 = Seasonic, 850 = CWT.
