my older mother the nf7 wont accept the connecter on the hx520, is there some kind of adapter for me to use to make it fit and work with the nf7. i just wanna use the psu right now, waiting for my funds to replenish for me to get my dirty hands on core2duo parts is making me ancy and i dont wanna have the psu be a paper weight for the time being.

the 20 pin, there's a 24 pin the corsair. You just plug it in and leave 4 pins on one side open.

You bought an ATX12V PSU for an ATX Socket A board?

Hmm.....

If you're talking about the main power connector, take a look at the 24 pin and see if the last 4 pins "break off" to make it a 20-pin.

Otherwise, do as Bbq suggests and see if it'll plug in with the extra four pins hanging off the edge.
