I'm building a new system and wondering if this power supply will be enough. I'm going to start off with:

Intel Core 2 Duo 4300 @3ghz
Asus P5N-E Sli MB
1 8800 GTS 320mb
2gb ram
2 sata drives
1 optical drive

Down the road I plan to put in another 8800 for Sli, and then possibly a quad core cpu when they are more available / cheaper.

So should I go with the Corsair HX520 or step up to the 620? Also these OCZ GameXStream 600W look very attractive for the price.

Silverstone Olympia 650 is a great buy. 54a anyone?

I agree you should have something a little stronger if you're going for sli. Silverstone and pc p&c are good, so is the corsair 620.

well I'm getting the E4300 @ 3.0Ghz with a evga 8800 GTS 320 Superclocked

I have a WD Raptor and 2 more SATA drives with 1 DVD drive

NO SLI

will the Corsair HX520 be enough with that card and overclocking?

I'm already over my budget with this system and I can't stretch to the Corsair 620W price.

davidhammock200 .... I would value your input on this question....thanks

Yes, the Corsair 520W is more than enough for a single 8800GTS or GTX. ;)
