So I'm debating getting a H70, and I know a lot of people keep up with corsair and I know a representative actually posts here, I was curious if they are working on a H90, because I can hold off until then. Has there been any progress for the next step of those coolers? thanks
 
Wouldn't it be an H80?

H50 to H60
H70 to H80

Than they'll make a super duper water shooting rooster and name it...ready...

XH99 and price it at $149

AFAIK they're not really working on anything past the H70. It could be fairly cool to see a dual 120mm rad or something rather than a ton of different 120mm radiator options.
 
They very well could be. Since the partnership with Coolit, they (Coolit) have discontinued their cooling products for the most part, including their 240mm radiator all-in-one, and also their GPU cooling products.
 
There are quite a few rumours of a H90, would like to see them release a big 2x120mm rad version.
 
I mean, obviously the issue would have to be creating a much stronger pump, and then the longer tubes come into play. There are obviously some design flaws they would need to overcome but if they created a dual rad I would probably buy it without hesitation. I just wasn't sure if it was known of their future products. Redbeard has been pretty cool about telling us about cases they have been working on and letting us know when they'll get out so I figured this is worth a shot
 
I recommended Redbeard to look at using the H60 block/pump to update H70.
The H60 I have was a breeze to mount to the motherboard compared to the prone to rotate and unlikely but possible to rupture H70 block/pump.

2x120 rad would be nice but the price would push it into the realm of traditional watercooling and will be outperformed.
The XSPC Rasa kit for around $140 will beat any Corsair all-in-one kit.

I'm not familiar with that kit, World, is it an all in one kit like the Hydra series or is it an actual water cooling "pack", so to speak?
 
Yikes a small leak from an etailer exposes some of the stuff Corsair is to launch soon as TC-Mag noticed Corsair will soon introduce two new watercooling kits; the H80 with a 120mm radiation and the H100 with a 240mm rad.

"Both models use two fans. Both upcoming CPU coolers have their fans operate at up to 2600 RPM, they boast a sound output of 22 to 39 dBA, and support Intel LGA 775/1155/1156/1366 and AMD AM2/AM2+/AM3 processors.

CoolIT now *works for* Corsair to design them cooling solutions. Coolit pretty much discontinued all its CPU and GPU cooling solutions after the fact. The first of Corsairs cooling products are also basically Asetek products with a different sticker slapped on. I'm sure Corsair will be coming out with much more solutions in the future, in addition to the leak above.
 
If they are as noisy as the H70, then fuck it, as my h70 even on the slowest fan speed is loud as fuck.
 
I knew a dual rad one was on the way, now Redbeard, please, the triple one release date? are those the same fans or newer ones? option to order without fans?
 
Corsair H100 looks like it could take on the hexacore CPU's from Intel, when i was using the H70 with a 980X i was not happy with the performance as the single 120MM rad would easily become over saturated with heat past 1.45V Core. and required a high CFM fan on each side of the rad creating more noise than i like.
$170.00 USD could be an acceptable price if the cooling performance is there.

I agree however I have a feeling the hoses aren't going to be long enough for my situation. I would have to mount it on the top of my case. or on the outside, but that would require me to take it apart, and that voids the warranty IIRC
 
I don't care about noise and if I could find a place to mount the H100's radiator then that might be a nice upgrade from the H70.

This is my concern. Of course my case has holes for hose to run through but I would have to cut the case to make it work without taking apart the cooler and I'd rather not cut my case.

Which fans did you use? I just use a single standard cooler master four pin case fan on my h70. It's quieter than the stock h70 fans, and just one cooler master fan keeps my CPU cool with the H70 - but it isn't silent! I7-920 overclocked to 4ghz at 1.35 voltage in a cosmos 1010 case.
 
What are some of the best quiet to performance ratio closed loop water coolers out there? Not interested in the H90/100 if they are loud as the H70.

I am also interesting to knowing the sound levels of the H100/90. I am enjoying my H70 but the 100 looks pretty sweet for when I do major OC
 
Well I am just interested in something at a very reasonable price point, with adequate cooling to noise levels. The H90/H100 have speed settings, so this might be something that will turn out to be great for people who want lower-than-H70 noise levels when they want it, and if they want even better cooling they could crank it up and of course get louder decibel levels.
