These are suppose to write 520 and read 510 i believe, but what kind of read and write speeds could i expect if i use the onboard sata 6gb controller in raid 0?

I got 551/514 read write. The controller could be saturated in RAID 0, I'm not sure though.
900+ reads and write would be impressive.

I got two off amazon this morning, but i have not seen any reviews on them in a raid 0 setup using sata 3.

The rocketraid 2720 i would get,but if i don't need it, then i don't want to buy it.

This is a good SSD considering the price AR and the fixed firmware.

I've narrowed my choice down to this or the Samsung 470. The Corsair looks awesome on paper though.

Corsair sata 3 force 120gb raid 0 on sata 2. I will be using my rocketraid 2720 tomorrow. I had to overnite a damn sas to sata cable.
