I've just finished building a new system using the Corsair 650D as the case, and when I press the power button, nothing happens. If I disconnect the button leads and trip it manually with a screw driver, it boots no problem.

Is there a trick to powering on this case that I'm not understanding, or is the button defective?

Double check where you are connecting it on the mobo and make sure the connection between the wire and button are solid.

It all looks right. For now I wired the reset switch to it instead and that works ok. So either there's a trick to this button I don't get, or it's defective.
