Corsair 520 HX

I have been seeing this PSU recommended on this forum and I really like the specs and the look of it. Was looking into OCZ and AERCOOL PSU's for my upgrade but quickly realized that the AEROCOOL was not up to the task for my upgrade.
AMD Opteron 165 Dual Core 1.8 ( I plan on overclocking )
Asus A8N Premium SLI
2 gig of PC3200 ram not sure of make suggestions anyone????
Leadtek 8800 GTS
Western Digital 320 gig Sata 3.0 to go with my 320/200 gig IDE's
and finally the power supply which is what I am hoping you all can help me with I want the best I can get for 150.00 or less and the corsair seems to be one of the best. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks Bbq for your advice, it is def a very sweet looking power unit and only question is would I need to replace it down the road if adding a second 8800 GTS?

If you think you might end up with a second GTS it would probably be a good idea to get the Corsair 620HX unit instead, just to be on the safe side...
