-what chips are on them

should be either TCCD or TCC5, which would have become apparent when you started pushing the sticks a bit
don't go over 2.8-2.9v for 24/7.. and active cooling will get you a few extra mhz
 
thanks, so what timings and fsb should i set?
i mean approximatly what can they handle?
~240-250FSB, 270FSB something like this
 
oh.. you don't know how tccd/5 does? hmmm

i think the optimal speeds will be had around 2.5-3-3 with 240-270mhz, depending on how good your sticks are
