I bought the famous Corsair 520w, and it looks like a high quality PS.
One thing I notice is that at idle the 12v is around 11.920v (reading from easytune5). When I overclock my 8600GT to 725/895 (core/RAM) and run ATItool 3D, the 12v rail fell to 11.66v. That is 0.34v below 12v. my other Antec EarthWatts 500 did better than that.

any Corsair owners experienced this? or this is just my defective Corsair?

Yeah software readings are inaccurate. Get a multimeter if you are that concerned. Secondly it's a corsair PSU and it hasn't made your computer unstable so just let it go. If your computer crashes then you will know that you have an issue :)
