Ive been getting that alot the last two days.

ALot has gone wrong with my comp the past 4 days so im guess this is a result. I got a virus that deleted over a hundred gigs off my drive and screwed up my bios. I got it all fixed now but its been giving me this error. This is all to stuff i have ADDED after the problems.

Would it be easiest to just format this drive? its my 200gig backup. Ive formatted my raptor primary drive like twice since the problem.
 
well, i just went ahead and formatted. No problems as of yet but we shall see.

My right click menus are coming up extremely slow. I never had that problem before. Any ideas?
