As many of you know by now, I have a PolarFlo TT to play with, and I've been thinking.
Yeah, I could run Zerex in my loop, but it seems to me that the easiest way to inhibit corrosion would be to prevent the Aluminum in the block from coming in contact with the water. Since the Al isn't involved in the heat transfer at all, couldn't you, in theory, cover it with waterproof paint or sealant of some sort, and forget about it?
