Correct voltage for p4 socket 478

Ok so my machine has been down for a while.... trying to get it up and running...
upgraded a few items.. not like major upgrades.. but they were free...
built a core 2 duo for my bro in law a while back which I posted..
his old machine he just wanted up and running with whatever in it as he wants to just use it for his gf to browse the web... so I went from...

P4 2.8 non ht
to
p4 3.0 ht (socket 478)

3x512mb pc2100 memory
to
4 x 512mb pc3200 memory for dual channel memory

ide 100gb ata 100
to
80 gb sata 1.5 (mb only supports sata 1.5 so no need for 3.0 yet)
also added a 160gb sata 1.5

so already I went up 200mhz on cpu, up additional 512mb mem and faster memory and now dual channel, plus faster hard drives.....

all in all it is a bit faster..
however my ati 9550 was replaced with a xfx geforce 7950 GT 512mb but it died after a few days... so got a rma number and need to mail it back.... but all in all that is good...


so all that typing and now the question.... what voltage should my cpu be at?
my mb is the crappy abit vt7
but here is what im running at...

I had it overclocked safely to 3.55ghz... and may get back there but for now just leaving it where it is...

went water cooled.. and took the temp from 155F to 96F

now that I look at it... I thought 800mhz front side bus is when you run memory matched in slots.... so going to 4x512mb = 800mhz and dual channel right?
