I've been looking into getting an athlon xp-m the past few months undecided which to get a 45W 2600 or a 47W 2600. Anyway I want to get one of these cos I know of the overclocking ability which made me also think of getting some cooling for it. I've been eyeing up the slk-800 for some time now and then it hit me last night. If I'm gonna be overclocking this to equivalent 3200 speeds wouldn't a heatsink combo rated at 3200 be more than required? So the question is, is my theory correct?
 
Well, if you are going anywhere above "3200" stock speeds (11x200 1.65v) you'll need something better. But "yes" somthing thats rated for a 3200 should work but I would go with something better.
