I am running the GPU3 Client for my GTX460 and F@HMON looks good except it shows Core as unknown? is this normal?

I don't believe FahMon has been updated in quite a long while, that is the reason it's not recognizing the core.

Exactly. Fahmon is extremely outdated and should not be used. Grab HFM.NET instead.
 
HFM.net says my gtx460s core is OPENMMGPU ??? folds fine and everything though...
