Great lightweight program. I still use it on my servers and other systems where I don't really want to install MSI Afterburner but still want to see CPU temp.
 
Awesome, finally someone supports my VIA CPU. I am tired of being treated like an other.

Seriously - this app looks neat (I used it during the Sandy Bridge era extensively) but in a world where HWiNFO exists I don't see the point.

Comprehensive - but also as concise as you need it to be - plus historical data (monitors EVERYTHING - even my PSU has a native spot - but you can tweak it and turn off or turn on anything you like):

Still works fine after all these years. I appreciate how straightforward and light it is. Whenever I get a new CPU (or apply some fresh thermal paste) I use this program to make sure my temps are okay.
 
Blast from the past. I use to use it all the time. But stopped with newer hardware. Can load it back up ^_^, always preferred the simple and lightweight nature of it. Thanks for the heads up, I wouldn't of even thought to check, thought development was dead.
 
i've been using this since my C2D E8400 all the way up to my i7 14700k as soon as i turn on my machine, this was a pleasant upgrade in visual terms.. and now it does what i've always wished and is the AVG temps..
 
I used it long ago like many here and am glad its getting updated. As others have mentioned, there are more options out there today , like the aforementioned HWiNFO, all the CPUID utilities (CPU-Z, HWMonitor), and for those looking for FOSS and Linux compatible options , hardinfo2 (https://hardinfo2.org/, comprehensive and has AIDA64 style benchmarks but is Linux only at the moment) and LibreHardwareMonitor ( https://github.com/LibreHardwareMonitor/LibreHardwareMonitor, cross platform). In any case though, its nice to see CoreTemp's return.
 
Sadly i found this version to have an annoying bug. it doesn't read anything while in background/minimized.. if i keep the app window open it work as expected, as soon as minimized it stop reading/displaying any updated tempereature value. 1.18.1 works fine.
