Core i920 Overclocking

Is it better to overclock to 3.2Ghz (want to play it safe) and run at 1066 DDR3 or leave it stock and run 1600 DDR3. What will give me more performance?

Higher speed is better. The i7s are not limited by memory bandwidth.
