is it safe to run this core i7at these settings

bios volt set to 1.4 showing 1.396
20x200
qpi x36
dram 800mhz
qpi/vtt 1.32
mem spd 8
mem volt 1.5
load line enable
 
i think i'd settle for 3.8 with a lower vcore but....that's me...
 
long as its cool and stable I dont see why not. But those temps have to be pretty high.
 
my temps stay around low 60s 24hours of prime 95 idle at high 30s low 40s

I hope you don't mind me asking what cooling system you have as i kind of doubt the low 60ies for a Core I7 24 hours prime at 1.4V
 
Thermalright Ultra-120 is the cooler im using but i also live in a cold place/run the ac most of the time in the basement its about 20C in my basement
 
i just rolled back to 3.8 with 1.300 volt in bios i stay there i didnt like the volts i had to put for 4.0
