Core I7 3770K $229.99 MicroCenter In-Store Only

I was able to reserve one, but the buy+in store pick up wouldn't go through. Going down there Saturday.
 
A lot of people are talking about Haswell, is it going to be big enough that I should hold off on building my computer?

I'd have to check my receipt again, but yes I believe I did get it, the chip + board was under $400. I want to say it was like $350something with tax...
