Core I5 basic overclocking settings

I have a Gigabyte UD4P and a core i5 cpu. Paired with that is Gskill memory (rated for 1600) All I want is the basic settings I'd have to change to get to 3.0 or 3.2 ghz. It's the highest I want to go. I want to change the least amount of items. Can someone let me know the exact BIOS settings I should change to get this overclock up and running please? Thanks.
 
I'm a newbie in overclock aswell and have the same configuration you have except the mobo I have an ASROCK right now running at 3.2 I will check out my conf. when I get home but as not 100% if will work for you since we have diferent MoBoards.
