Core i3-540 $0.99

For those that say shipping soon, perhaps you will get lucky like some of the others

Anyone else get an email from MacMall? They're offering to send me a $30 check for my inconvenience.

I feel like a douche for accepting. :(

How many did you order?
Maybe they will let some of the small orders through :)

No not yet, it still says:
Shipping Soon
Delivery Estimate: July 8, 2011 - July 11, 2011

I ordered ten from the eBay listing, which is where they offered me the check after canceling.

My Amazon orders are still "Shipping Soon".

Haha nice, you were lucky enough to order from both. Who was the amazon seller? I assume macmall?

onSale was the Amazon seller, but both onSale and MacMall are owned by PC Mall.

Yes, no credit or anything. Wish'd they did a quick cancel instead of leading most of us lol

LOL, why didn't you just order the whole lot and save us all the hassle.

That is a perfect example of these deals never working because 1 person will order so much and when its processed chances are they will give it a 2nd look.

Again if you find deals like this, better to just keep it to yourself. Or better yet you can try your luck and order 10 or more.

Thats because people are greedy.

I think they do these things on purpose. Think about the interest they can make from holding your money for a few days x100's if not 1000's of orders before they cancel the order and refund them all.
