Core Duo U2500 benchmarks anyone?

I'm looking at buying a Dell Latitude D420 with an Intel Core Duo U2500 (ULV) processor. I havent been able to find much information on this proc. Does anyone have benchmarks (comparing to say the current Core Duos and the Pentium Mobiles of past)? Any comments or experiance on the Core Duo U2500?
