Well I currently have the following:

Athlon 64 4200+ Socket 939
2048 MB Crucial DDR Ram
MSI K8N Neo 4 Board.
PNY 8800GTS 320MB Card

and I'm considering upgrading to:

CORSAIR ValueSelect 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Desktop Memory Model VS2GBKIT667D2 - Retail

EVGA 122-CK-NF66-T1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i Ultra ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 Allendale 1.8GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E4300 - Retail

For the relatively "small" sum of 330.43 shipped. Taking into consideration that I won't be overclocking and I will probably upgrade CPU sometime next year would this rig be good enough to play bioshock (which under recommended states Core 2 Duo processor).
