I was entertaining the thought of getting a DQ6 Giga mobo and a 6400 with 4 1gb mem modules in it running XP-64bit ...anybody have a same or similar setup and overclocking besides?

..my plan is to eventually go quad-core soon after they hit the market in quantity

 
hmm ..maybe I'll just get the DS3 instead then
