Is there a cord that makes those hardcore red/black cables and converts them to a regular cable plug for my pc?

No, I mean the wires that come from a speaker that are like just open copper, and you put them into a clip thing which is on the main component of your stereo.

Are you talking about the clips on the back of a speaker for the speaker wire and then trying to plug that directly into your pc? So it would be Pc connection to speaker? I don't think youll find anything like and if you did I doubt your sound card would drive the speakers very well.

Right, which is why PC speakers are powered, where as in a home-theater situation where normal speakers such as Crazylikeafox's are used, the receiver would be doing the amplifying.

So basically, you are out of luck. I've never heard of a speaker wire to 1/8th stereo miniplug solution.

OOOOoohhhh! i have, its called an "amplifier". It takes your 1/8th stereo (or more likely RCA) inputs, and converts them to speaker wire!

See also "Receiver"

(although, goofily enough, my klipsch promedia speakers use precisely such a cable from the satellites to the sub. bare wire connection to the sub which has the amplifier and headphone style jacks on the satellites).

I guess. I'm not stupid, but he asked for a cord, not a receiver, so I answered his question.

Thanks for being a smartass though. +2 cool points for you.
