Copy/Move confirmation

At my work when we had Windows 2k we had set it up more or less exactly how we wanted it, but after switching to XP we lost a few customizations. Over time we got around to getting those customizations back, except one. There was a move confirmation dialogue box that really helped in keeping people copying and moving files everywhere. I just wanted to know if anyone knew if there was anything we could change in the registry or if it's even offered in XP. Thanks ahead of time.
