Hello, I want to be able to copy one harddrive to another harddrive. I did it a long time ago, but I lost the software and can't remember the name of it. I think it was ghost something or another. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Ghost will do it,

Some HD manufacturers have utilities to copy the complete contents of one drive to another.

Are you looking to copy files only or copy MBR information, etc as well?

No I don't need to copy the master boot record. I just need to copy over the os and all other programs.

When I was doing helpdesk on win 95 / 98, we copied drives with: xcopy32 c: d: /c/h/e/r/k

I can't remember if that worked on NTFS though. It was really handy for making 40 identical PC's at a time.
