the 2-3C extra cooling isnt worth the 300g more it weighs then the TRUE black.. but if you want something that stands out and you dont care about your motherboard breaking.. then yeah its definitely worth every penny..
 
When i was first reading about this i read a comment that another [H] member posted that said "4.1 pounds?!?!?!? Thats like a half a gallon of milk hanging off your motherboard!!!" and now every time i see this heatsink i think about that and it makes me laugh.
