Cooltechnica - Your Buying Experience?

i been having no-so-good experience with the cooltechnica..

the shipping has been slow and do not let you know when the item has shipped.

recently i ordered a P4 waterblock mounting bracket which is in stock... over night shipping.. and it's been two days and not even posted that the item has shipped, no tracking no nothing... the status says it's "Pending..."

My question is: How long did yours take before the item gets shipped? I'm talking about In-Stock items ONLY... not Out-of-Stock.... thanx...
 
I have had nothing but awesome experiences with them. When I look for h2o items they are the only place I go to. Well, besides this one I use for radiators: www.freshcooling.com kekekekeke ;)
 
I just checked the order status again and it STILL says "Pending..." That Pending sh#$ really pisses me off..... Why can't it be "Shipped"? Is it that hard?

newegg takes the order and ship in 0~ 1 day. Order processing takes 0.3~ 1 sec. Nothing beats it... we need to worship newegg.

I really really wish newegg start carrying wattablocks and other goodie toyz..... I don't mind writing a bonus check to Newegg.. they deserve every bit of it. :p
 
They were great when I last used them (about 2 years ago). Quick and speedy shipping with pretty good prices.
 
yea another sad thing is that cooltechnica doesn't bring in more products that are out of stock.. the items that were out of stock few months ago is still not in stock today... looks like they don't care... i thought they want business me don't get it.

anywayz, good thing is now their site says mine is shipped(after 2 days :rolleyes: ).. I ordered the stuff from newegg and cooltechnica the same day. I have to pay premium overnight shipping at cooltechnica in order to catch up Newegg's standard 3day fedex savor shipping. Both products will get here tomorrow. :D
