anyone have one? should I trust a powersupply with no fan in it.
I usually go with enermax and antec.. Ive never heard of coolmax.

I am going for a quiet case, but is it worth the extra $50 to get a coolmax 400w fanless over a Zalman ZM-400B-APS??
