Other than the fact that the window seems in an odd place (showing some of the drive bays but not the back area of the case) it looks pretty solid. Also not many fans, could be a problem for airflow, but added a new blowhole wouldn't be hard.
 
the +12v rail is what you should be looking at and at 16 amps, I think it's a close call. It'll most likely work, but if you OC, you might run into problems.
