I have seen basically all neutral to very positive reviews in regards to performance, so I don't think it is all that bad.

That being said, it is still not worth the money. Any of the top 3 air based HSF's will get you 98% of the overclock this device will get you to.. An extra 40mhz of CPU speed just isn't worth the extra $350 of cost.
 
um, look here. Again, i know its the eliminator but from everything i've read its supposed to give the same performance as its bigger brother.

if your gonna drop that much money, like i've been told several times since this purchase; get a real and proper water cooling setup ;)
 
Here is the biggest problem with that setup, and its the 92mm fan. To get the preformace they claim, you must have the 92mm at full tilt. I recomend a very basic W/Cing setup. Will preform about the same on load, but much less noise. Now at idle the TECs will beat any W/Ced setup.
