just installed and getting very high temps.50% idle.here is a pic of my fan speed,are these to low,

Do you mean 50C idle? That does seem kind of high, but what are your load temps?
 
Again, do you mean 66C? If so, then that is perfectly acceptable.
 
I think his keyboard doesnt recognize the celsius :D

What cpu do you have?
 
Make sure you have the block seated correctly, it took me a couple of times to get it right. Also, if you have the block/pump plugged into a variable speed header, make sure it's running full blast.
